Yep, it's yummy!!Hello and welcome to the kitchen of Miki & Zsófi. I hope you are hungry, because there’s almost always something cooking here… Miki and I like to bring a little cheer into our everydays by preparing hearty, homemade dinners (breakfasts, lunches, snacks…) and then sitting down together to enjoy the meal with a bottle of wine to go along with it. Both of us have been into the paleolithic diet for years, and then, somewhere along the way, we also got into each other. So it was only natural to start cooking together, in fact, paleo must have been the topic of our first conversation ever.
Miki happens to be a great cook and he kindly lets me be the sous chef as well as the beneficiary of his expertise. I was fond of cooking before, but with him, I am continuously learning new things while my foodbaby just keeps growing. 🙂
We have decided to document some of our indulgence in food, and me, the sous chef enthusiastically took up the task of writing and photographing, so I’ll be presenting our little recipes to you.

What can you expect here on Food Baby? As I have mentioned before, our main guideline is the paleo diet, while we are also fans of the Perfect Health Diet, so most of the recipes will fit into either one of these. But who knows, occasionally there might be a cheat meal or two… 🙂

Of course every once in a while we also get tired of dirty dishes and chopping up vegetables, so then we venture out to the city of Budapest to discover new restaurants or revisit old favourites. This holds the potential of writing reviews of them which is very likely to happen.

The emphasis here is not on spending a fortune or setting the table in a very fancy way, but much rather on eating well and being spontaneous and happy.
